COUPLES THERAPY AND DISCERNMENT COUNSELING
Couples often get stuck in repeating cycles where both partners feel unheard or disconnected despite wanting closeness. Therapy helps identify these patterns and develop new ways of communicating that increase understanding and emotional safety.
Together, we support you in understanding what strengthens your partnership and where challenges lie, fostering discernment so you can make thoughtful, intentional decisions about your relationship’s next steps.
Discernment Counseling is a short-term support for couples who are uncertain about whether to stay together or separate, focused on gaining clarity before making a major relationship decision.

PERSONALITY DISORDERS
Personality disorders can make relationships, emotions, and daily life feel confusing or overwhelming — both for the person experiencing them and for those around them. Learn to understand these patterns, learn new ways to manage emotions, and build healthier connections. The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you navigate life with more stability, understanding, and self-compassion.

SAND TRAY AND PLAY THERAPY
Through the use of sand, water, and miniature objects, clients can explore experiences, attachment patterns, trauma, and emotional themes in a way that can deepen and complement traditional talk therapy.
Interweave Therapy features a dedicated play therapy and sand tray room designed to support both children and adults in engaging with the therapeutic process through creativity, symbolism, and experiential exploration. Play therapy can help children communicate feelings, experiences, and needs that may be difficult to express through words alone.
