I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and religious deconstruction. My approach is warm, honest and direct. I believe therapy should be more than a place to vent - it should help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that keep showing up, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a place where clients feel both supported and challenged. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, build practical tools, and work towards a life that feels more connected to your authentic self.

Specialties: Trauma, EMDR, Anxiety, and Religious Trauma/Deconstruction

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, process addiction, and relationship challenges. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and I strive to provide a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their life experiences and creating meaningful change.

My approach is holistic and client-centered, drawing from mindfulness, somatic (body-based) awareness, and neuroscience-informed therapy. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and body experiences to build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with personal strengths, purpose, and well-being. I also offer EFT-informed couples therapy and enjoy supporting clients as they move toward greater fulfillment and the goals that matter most to them.

I have completed specialized training in EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Gottman Method (Level One), and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Office Paw-sistants

*Aria and Loma mostly work from home — but with a little notice, they can “clock in” at the office. Both were born deaf and communicate through sign language.

ARIA-Director of Calm

Aria is the steady presence, loyal and grounded. Born deaf, she moves through the world with quiet resilience. She was rescued from a lot of tragedy, but despite trauma, she is so loving. Often underestimated and judged due to her broken jaw, she quickly wins people over with her sweetness and gentle presence. Her favorite things are her kongs and the couch.

LOMA-Chief Emotional Support

Being born deaf, he relies heavily on connection and touch to feel safe. He can even have some separation anxiety when not around his people but he has worked on it and knows how hard it is to do that work. He loves people and other animals. Despite often being misunderstood due to his breed he still shows what he knows best which is love and connection. His favorite things are running, hugs and belly scratches.
