Mindfulness For Emotional Wellness
A 12-week virtual skills-based group focused on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies for everyday life.
The group is designed for adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related stress, or general overwhelm. Participants will learn mindfulness and evidence-based skills to improve focus, manage stress more effectively, and build habits aligned with their personal values and wellbeing goals.
