Grief Processing

Grief can impact emotions, relationships, identity, and daily life in profound ways. Society sometimes makes us think that grief has a time limit, but the reality is quite different. Our grief processing group offers a supportive, slow-paced space to explore loss, process emotional pain, and connect with others who understand the experience of grief.

We use a variety of mindfulness, narrative, and creative principles to help participants build healthy coping tools, regulate stress and emotional overwhelm, and adjust to life after loss while maintaining a meaningful connection to the person who has died.

Group members are supported in:

●Accepting the reality of loss

●Processing grief and emotional pain

●Developing healthy coping skills

●Navigating life changes and identity shifts

●Reconnecting with meaning, purpose, and relationships

This group provides a compassionate environment for healing, reflection, and support through the grieving process
